We are a specialised retail consultancy offering a variety of services across all formats of retail and the hospitality industries.

Retail Inc was founded in 2006 by Robert Sadler.
It's initial target market was independent retailers, in the last year measured over 1000 tenants country wide went through the training and showed an average turnover increase of 34%.
The company was initially Rob operating alone.
Robs background is 40 years in Retail including 20 Years with Marks and Spencer UK including manager of Marble Arch (the busiest store in the world – Guinness book of records 1993).
8 YEARS WITH Woolworths South Africa as National sales executive, head of visual merchandising and latterly group head of the menswear buying division. 12 years as an independent consultant.

The new direction focuses the business into 5 core competencies

1. Tenant training and motivation via workshops and store visits – Rob Sadler
2. Retail analysis and tenant coaching/ support on a one on one basis- Alf Kippen
3. Hospitality industry including and specialising in restaurant analysis and recovery via workshops and individual consultations – John Sanei.
4. Front line staff training and franchise expertise – Bob Connolly
5. Service staff training, cleaners, security, maintenance, PROS etc in customer service- Sharon Oldfield

We aim to include store design and shop fitting in the short to medium term. Every member of the team has a proven track record at a senior level within their area of expertise.

Our training is practical and produces immediate results, not only commercially but in terms of motivation, relationships and proactive approaches.
